However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Our refund and return policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while maintaining the integrity of our handcrafted ethnic wear.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under specific conditions to maintain the quality and hygiene of our products:

Defective Product: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects such as stitching issues, broken embellishments, or torn fabric.

Damaged in Transit: If the product is visibly damaged during delivery.

Incorrect Item Delivered: If the item you receive is not the one you ordered (wrong product, size, or color).
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before issuing a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or discount policies. These include:

Sale or discounted products: Items purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, or with coupon codes are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customized products: Made-to-measure, personalized, or altered items as per your request are non-returnable.

Dupattas, stoles, and undergarments (if part of a set) may not be returned separately.

Color variation is not considered a defect. Our products are photographed under studio lighting, and slight differences in color may occur due to screen resolutions or display settings.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Mention the order number, product details, and a brief description of the issue. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage, if applicable.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide approval or further instructions.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date of approval.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product to avoid any damage during return shipping.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error from our side (defective/damaged/wrong product sent).
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received at our facility, it goes through a thorough quality inspection process:

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used while placing the order (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

You will be notified via email once the refund has been successfully initiated.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

In case of COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, and additional details will be collected securely.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, we request you to initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
